I am capable of delivering a high standard of coaching to all. I'm a passionate driving instructor who is patient and approachable, with a capability of adapting and individualising my teaching style to the needs of my students. This fosters a great environment to gear all students up and drive towards success. I endeavour to make driving lessons fun, as well as to prepare you for your driving test and real road situations, I love teaching as well as a challenge. When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.

I have always found myself to enjoy teaching and coaching, which is why I have a great passion in the job I do. I am a calm, flexible and patient instructor who tailors each lesson to the needs and abilities of each individual pupil to help maximise the learning experience. Each lesson presents different challenges, which for me is where I thrive the most as I love to pass on my experience and life skill of driving safely. When I am not working I enjoy family time, keeping fit and playing sports, mostly football, snooker and pool, I enjoy travelling and seeing the world so am looking forwards to my next adventure.

Pete Culbert
Specialist Driver Trainer
Following a successful career as a manager in Food Retail, Pete entered the driver training industry twenty years ago. Having gained experience as franchised instructor with both small and national organisations, he moved into Driving Instructor Training with a national driving school and quickly worked his way to become a regional training manager. For the last ten years he has been involved in driver development for professional drivers in organisations, preparing in-vehicle, classroom, and online driver training solutions for both fleets and individuals wanting to improve their skills.
Pete is a keen off-road driver and trainer and if not behind the wheel , Pete can be found with his wife and family, walking in the glorious Wreake Valley with his two dogs or growing vegetables on the family’s allotment.
