Lessons can be booked by phone and text message. All bookings are subject to availability.

Payment is due before the start of each lesson unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and cash.

If you need to cancel or rearrange a lesson, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or where you fail to attend, may be charged at the full lesson price.

If we need to cancel your lesson due to illness, vehicle breakdown or other unforeseen circumstances, your lesson will be rearranged or refunded.

Block booking discounts are available. Any unused lessons are non-refundable once the block booking has started, except where required by law or at our discretion.

Refunds for unused lessons or prepaid bookings will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is agreed, it will normally be processed within 7 working days.

You must hold a valid UK provisional or full driving licence and be legally entitled to drive. You may be asked to provide proof of your licence before your first lesson.

You must inform your instructor of any medical condition, injury or medication that could affect your ability to drive safely.

Lessons will not take place if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if your instructor believes you are not fit to drive safely. In these circumstances, the full lesson fee may still apply.

Please be ready at the agreed collection point at the agreed time. If you are late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid affecting other customers.

If your instructor is delayed, every effort will be made to provide the full lesson time.

Use of the instructor's vehicle for a practical driving test is subject to the instructor being satisfied that you are at test standard and that the vehicle is suitable for the test.

If the instructor believes you are not ready for the test, the vehicle may not be made available.

Driving Test Readiness and Test Booking Policy

To give every pupil the best possible chance of passing their practical driving test, all pupils must be at the required test standard before attending their test.
- Approximately 4 weeks before the test, your instructor will carry out a driving assessment. If you are not yet at test standard, you may be advised to move your test date to allow more time for tuition and preparation.
- If you are close to test standard, a structured lesson plan will be agreed to target the areas requiring improvement before the test.
- A final assessment will take place 11 working days before the practical driving test. If, in your instructor's professional opinion, you are still not at a safe and consistent test standard, you will be required to reschedule your driving test.

- This policy is in place to protect your safety, maximise your chances of passing, and avoid unnecessary costs associated with an unsuccessful test.
- The instructor's decision regarding test readiness is final. If a pupil chooses not to follow this advice, the instructor reserves the right to decline the use of their tuition vehicle for the driving test.
By booking lessons, you acknowledge and accept this Driving Test Readiness Policy. 

 Driving Test Readiness – Late Notice

If a pupil remains below the required test standard after the final assessment and the test is within 10 or less working days, it may no longer be possible to change the test date without losing the DVSA test fee.

If, at any point before the test, the instructor believes the pupil is not at a safe and consistent test standard, the instructor reserves the right to withdraw the use of their tuition vehicle for the practical driving test, including within the 10 or less working-day period.

Where this occurs within the DVSA's cancellation period, any loss of the practical test fee is the responsibility of the pupil. This policy is in place to ensure safety and to avoid presenting candidates for a test when they are unlikely to meet the required standard.

We expect all customers to behave respectfully towards instructors. Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in lessons being cancelled without a refund.

Smoking, vaping and the use of illegal substances are not permitted in the vehicle.

Personal belongings are left in the vehicle at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Your personal information will only be used for booking lessons, providing our services and meeting our legal obligations. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

Our vehicles may be fitted with dash cameras for safety, security, insurance and training purposes. Any recordings are handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
